2. Medical Disclaimer

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments for in-clinic visits and video consultations are subject to availability.
• We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• For paid video consultations, failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

4. Payment Policy

Payments for online video consultations and other applicable services are processed securely via Razorpay. By proceeding with payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Treatment Outcomes

Ayurvedic treatments, including Panchakarma, depend on individual constitution (Prakriti), adherence to dietary guidelines (Pathya), and severity of the condition. While our Vaidyas strive for the best results, specific timelines and exact outcomes cannot be guaranteed for every individual.
